  1. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Engineer II
  • A candidate for this position should possess:
  • a good first degree (B.Sc/B.Eng./HND)Certificate or equivalent relevant qualification in relevant Engineering discipline. Candidate must have NYSC discharge certificate, four (4) years post-qualification experience and be registered with the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

  • Engineer I

A candidate for this position should possess:

  • a good first degree (B.Sc/B.Eng./HND)Certificate or equivalent relevant qualification in relevant Engineering discipline. Candidate must have NYSC discharge certificate, four (4) years post-qualification experience and be registered with the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN),
  • a Masters degree in relevant Engineering discipline, two (2) years post-qualification experience and be registered with the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Senior Engineer

A candidate for this position should possess:

  • a good first degree (B.Sc/B.Eng./HND) Certificate or equivalent relevant qualification in relevant Engineering discipline. Candidate must have NYSC discharge certificate, seven (7) years post-qualification experience and be registered with the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN),
  • a Masters degree in relevant Engineering discipline and four (4) years post-qualification experience and be registered with the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Estate Officer

A candidate for this position should possess:

  • a good first degree (B.Sc/B.Eng./HND)Certificate or equivalent relevant qualification in relevant Engineering discipline. Candidate must have NYSC discharge certificate, minimum two (2) years post-qualification experience.

    • Technical Officer

    A candidate for this position should possess:

    • OND , ONC, ND, C&G Construction Technical Certificate Part I, C&G Part II, Advanced Certificate Course or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline and four (4) years working experience.

    Store Officer

    A candidate for this position should possess:

    • OND qualification or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, fifteen (15) years’ experience in retail, preferably in a management position would be advantageous, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • A University degree or equivalent with excellent verbal and written communication skills and five (5) years’ of relevant experience.

    Store Assistant

    A candidate for this position should possess:

    • a SSCE/GCE O’Level or its equivalent with 5credits in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics, proficiency in Microsoft Office and two (2) years of experience.

    Plumbers, Carpenters, Tillers, Electricians, Aluminum Fabricators, Masons, Welders, Roofers, Water/Pump Attendant

    A candidate for this position should possess:

    • Junior Secondary School Certificate (JSS III) or its equivalent with at least three (3) years of relevant working experience.
    • First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) with at least seven (7) years of relevant working experience.

    Foreman

    A candidate for this position should possess:

    • First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) and Trade Test Grade II with at least seven (7) years of relevant working experience.
    • First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) and Trade Test Grade I with at least four (4) years of relevant working experience.
